Description
The Harrick Scientific Grazing Angle ATR is designed for analysis of monolayers on semiconductor and metallic substrates. The design has a grazing angle Ge ATR crystal and clamp. The clamp assures the sample is in direct contact with the Ge ATR crystal. Wire grid polarizers are used for spectral contrast and orientation studies. Fits in all Thermo FTIRs except the IS5 and Summit models.
