Reflection probe holders are offered to secure the probe position with respect to the sample. Both specular and diffuse reflectance can be measured using these holders. The holders (RPH and CHS series) come in direct contact with the sample. For non-contact probe holders consider the (STAGE) as an option to protect the sample surface.
