Cuvette holders are available for absorbance and fluorescence sampling, and integrate seamlessly with spectrometers, light sources and optical fibers. These cuvette holders are designed for standard rectangular cuvettes. Note all of the Ocean Insight cuvette holders use a Z height (height of the light beam from the base of cuvette) of 15 mm. All cuvette holders include collimation lenses for fiber coupling. For low level light experiments (fluorescence) we recommend large core fibers (600 um).
