Sample stages are offered for large and small solid materials. A stable stage to secure the source and reflected light trajectory is critical for accurate and repeatable measurements. The stages we offer vary from large sampling stages (e.g., STAGE-RTL-T) to smaller stages for wafer-like samples (e.g., STAGE).
