(H-REFRACTOR-2) Harrick Refractor 2

The Harrick Scientific Refractor 2 uses a glancing angle IR beam for thin film analysis on metals or silicon substrates.  The a glancing angle beam combined with a polarizer can provide quick analysis of film thickness once the model is established.  Often used in laboratory development or QC applications for thin film thickness and analysis.  Includes a Silicon polarizing plate and alignment mirror.  Fits in all Thermo FTIRs except the IS5 and Summit models.
