(IS50-DATR-RAMAN) Thermo Nicolet IS50 FTIR with Integrated Diamond ATR and Raman Module

Thermo Nicolet IS50 FTIR system with laptop.  Complete system fully tested and meets original factory specs.  Configured with a built in Diamond ATR with an integrated detector for high signal to noise.  Included (as pictured) is a Thermo Nicolet Raman module (840-233600), fully tested.  Includes both a KBR and CaF2 beam splitters for MIDIR and  FT Raman applications.
