UV-VIS Fiber Dip Probe
This UV-VIS Fiber Dip Probe is designed for measuring the transmittance and absorbance of liquid solutions directly in beakers or other containers. This probe is an indispensable accessory for laboratory research, providing reliable performance for kinetic reaction studies and dissolution testing.
Covering a wide spectral range from 190 nm to 1100 nm, the FDP accommodates both UV and visible applications thanks to high-quality silica fibers. Multiple pathlength tip options (1, 2, 5, 10, and 20 mm) are available to fit various analytical requirements.
The PVC-jacketed fiber, SMA905 connectors, and a flexible 1.5 m cable ensure compatibility and ease of use. Robustly constructed with a 316L stainless steel shaft, a silica window, and an epoxy seal, it offers chemical resistance suitable for many laboratory environments. Chemical resistance data indicate suitability for most acids, bases, aromatics, and alcohols, with conditional resistance to ketones/ethers (see datasheet for full details). Operating temperatures reach up to 80°C, and all wetted components are selected for durability. Ideal for academic and industrial laboratories, the FDP can be seamlessly integrated with compatible spectrometers from White Bear Photonics.
UV-VIS Fiber Dip Probe is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
