The BDS130A is a robust, turnkey fiber-coupled light source designed for demanding spectroscopic applications in the UV, Vis, and NIR ranges (190–2500 nm). Utilizing a 30W deuterium lamp for UV/Vis and a tungsten halogen lamp for VIS / NIR, this unit delivers broad spectral coverage and high stability—with each lamp individually controllable for maximum experimental flexibility. TTL/manual shutter and lamp control offer precise operation, while the SMA 905 connector ensures simple, direct fiber coupling. Its compact, durable design makes the BDS130A excellent for transmission and reflection experiments in research, QA/QC, or material science.
