Nicolet x700 FTIR Desiccant Replacement Kit

Protect the moisture-sensitive optical components in your Thermo Scientific Nicolet 4700, 5700, 6700, and 8700 FTIR spectrometers with this replacement desiccant kit. The desiccant absorbs internal moisture to help preserve optical performance, reduce the risk of damage to the beamsplitter and other components, and maintain reliable instrument operation.

The kit includes two high volume desiccant packets and replacement humidity indicator. 

Replacement Cycle:

• Check humidity indicator at least monthly and more frequently.
• Replace at least every 6 months.
• Replace when the instrument is opened for internal maintenance.
  
• Always have a spare unopened kit on-hand.
