785 nm Raman Spectroscopy

This utilitarian OEM Raman fiber optic probe for 785 nm systems for direct sampling or interfacing with other sampling solutions.  

It features a compact, removable 304 stainless steel shaft with integrated optical filtering and built-in shutter for safe and accurate measurements.  It integrates with a several compatible adapters allowing for micro-sampling, cuvette, and other measurements.  For immersion applications alternative probe heads are required.

This product is not a fully configured Raman system and requires other components sold by White Bear Photonics (i.e. spectrometer and laser excitation) to configure an OEM Raman system.  Please follow all applicable safety procedures when using this system. 

This temperature stabilized multi-mode digital laser unit.  Well-suited for 785 nm Raman spectroscopy with a narrow linewidth (< 0.1 nm), wavelength lock-in stabilization, and stable power output.   Control can be manual or remote via a USB connection compatible with LabView. 

This unit UL/CE and IEC certified system with a laser enable switch, safety key lockout, remote interlock, and emergency shut-off button, and LED readout.  Please follow all applicable safety procedures when using this system.  800 mW is a Class 4 laser system.  Other systems are Class 3B operations.

The laser module can also be replaced and swapped with compatible IPS M-Type modules to change the output wavelength.  Contact White Bear Photonics if you need more information about conversions.

The Exemplar® T Raman Spectrometer spectrometer module has been optimized for Raman spectroscopy applications utilizing 785 nm excitation.  The spectrometer is suitable for a wide range of Raman shifts 50 to 3350 cm-1 (788-1067 nm) with a typical resolution of 4.5 cm-1 FWHM resolution at 1774 cm-1 (~0.37 nm @ 912 nm).  The Exemplar® T series features a TE cooled CCD array with a  high quantum efficiency, and dual-pass, transmission-optics for excellent low light performance.
