Description
Thermo Scientific™ NanoDrop™ 1000 Spectrophotometer with new Win 10 Pro Lenovo Yoga 11e Laptop, with touch screen. Software is pre-installed and tested for minimal setup time. All systems are calibrated with the Thermo Scientific™ CF-1 calibration fluid to meet the original factory specs. The NanoDrop 1000 allows for the analysis of sample sizes as small as 0.5ul. Typical applications are for both quantification and purity analysis of purified RNA and DNA samples. This system has the avantage of being UV-VIS spectrophotometer that provide a full spectral analysis of the sample (not discrete wavelengths). The detector is a CCD spectrometer with no moving parts that provides high reliablity for wavelength accuracy and stability.
