Pike Automated motorized Polarizer.  Polarizers are often used in reflectance measurements where either the index, birefringence,  or film thickness of the materials can be characterized.  The motorized system allows for more rapid and repeatable analysis when large numbers of samples are used.  System as shown is an open box item and includes the manual and software needed to control the polarizer.  Polarizer is designed to fit into the standard Thermo Nicolet transmission accessory.
