The Thermo Scientific Nicolet iS50 FTIR Spectrometer with integrated diamond ATR and iS50 Raman module is a versatile materials analysis workstation combining high-performance FTIR, rugged built-in ATR sampling, and 1064 nm FT-Raman capability in one compact platform. The integrated diamond ATR provides rapid analysis from 5000 to 80 cm⁻¹, while the Raman module offers fluorescence-reduced analysis with a 1064 nm diode laser, >450 mW sample power, <60 micron spot size, and precision x-y-z sample positioning. Ideal for polymers, pharmaceuticals, forensics, pigments, coatings, and general analytical laboratory workflows. 

Complete turnkey system with laptop and software.  Refurbished and fully tested to meet original factory specifications for noise, wavelength accuracy, repeatability, and linearity.  Price includes free delivery to the lower 48 states.
